Shipping & Delivery
- All domestic residential orders will be shipped UPS ground and the cost will be calculated before the checkout process- so you know exactly what the cost is before you make your purchase!! The cost of shipping is based on weight and destination. We currently do not ship internationally.
- All Military/PO Box/ Alaska/Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All USPS shipping charges will be calculated and added to the order at checkout.
- Orders received and processed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received on Sat. or Sun will be processed next busines day.
- ALL ADDRESS CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR DELIVERY INTERCEPTIONS TO PROCESSED ORDERS WILL INCUR A $10.00 CHARGE
- All orders will be packed to our specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size/quantity. Orders will be packed in unmarked boxes.
- Cold packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. We will NOT accept returns on melted products. A $9.00 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS REQUESTING COLD PACKS (recommended during summer months)
Returns & Replacements
- Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition
- No COD returns will be accepted
- No cash refunds given on returns
- Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned
- In the event of missing products, Slacor Supplements must be contacted within 24 hrs.
- If there is a legitimate mistake with your order due to a mistake on our part, we will fix the problem if it is reported within 24 hours the product is received AND if the product is NOT OPENED. **Please review your order and make sure it is correct before opening!!
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction
If you desire to return a product please contact Slacor Supplements with the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Product description, item # and quantity
- Dates of purchase (all returns must be within 30 days of purchase)
- Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error, etc.)
Once we receive the above items Slacor Supplements will issue an RA#. This number will be provided within 36 hours. It is required that the RA# is marked on the outside of the returned boxes. Packages without RA#’s clearly marked on packages will be refused. All returns must be mailed within 10 days from when the customer receives the RA#.
Order Processing/Cancellations and Payment
Slacor Supplements is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been submitted. Order cancellation requests must be emailed to orders@slacorsupplements.com us within 30 MINUTES of the submission of the original purchase. Slacor Supplements cannot guarantee any cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original purchase.
